1. Acceptance of Terms

NextAgenda ("the App") is operated by Eli Burris, located in the United States. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NextAgenda is a calendar management and productivity application that provides:

• Google Calendar synchronization
• AI-powered schedule summaries
• Task management
• Event reminders and notifications
• Premium features via subscription

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NextAgenda. Users under 13 may only use the app with parental consent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement or have obtained parental consent if required.

4. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Free Trial

• New users receive a 7-day free trial of Premium features
• Free trial starts immediately upon subscription
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge
• If not cancelled, subscription automatically begins after trial ends

5.2 Premium Subscription

• Price: $4.99 per month (USD)
• Billing: Charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment: Charged to Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

5.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription by:

• Opening the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tapping your name at the top
• Tapping "Subscriptions"
• Selecting NextAgenda
• Tapping "Cancel Subscription"

5.4 Refunds

• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period
• For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Google Calendar Integration

• Connecting Google Calendar requires Google account authorization
• We access only the calendar data you explicitly authorize
• You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time
• We are not responsible for Google's services or policies

8. AI-Generated Content

• AI summaries are generated automatically based on your calendar
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate
• You should verify important information independently
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI summaries

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NextAgenda and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• Calendar sync will always work perfectly

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTAGENDA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App for violations of these Terms or conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Cancelling your subscription (if applicable)
• Requesting account deletion through app settings

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NextAgenda regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
