- Calendar Data: Events, dates, times, and descriptions from your connected Google Calendar
- Usage Data: How you interact with our app (analytics)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version

We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain our calendar management services
- Sync and display your Google Calendar events
- Generate AI-powered summaries and insights about your schedule
- Send you notifications and reminders about upcoming events
- Improve our app based on usage patterns

- Google Calendar API: To sync your calendar events (read-only access)
- Supabase: For secure authentication and data storage
- PostHog: For anonymous usage analytics
- RevenueCat: For subscription management
- OpenAI/Gemini: For generating AI summaries (calendar data is processed securely and not stored)
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Disconnect: Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time
- Opt-out: Disable analytics and notifications in app settings
- Export: Export your data in a standard format (coming soon)
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Calendar data synced from Google is cached locally and can be cleared at any time from app settings.
Children's Privacy
NextAgenda is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
International Users
If you are accessing NextAgenda from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our service, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
